The AeroPilates Reformer 651 is yet another excellent reformer with many accessories included to enhance your experience. The 651 includes a large AeroPilates stand to raise it off the ground, Cardio Rebounder, furry hand and foot straps and a padded, 20-inch wide platform. And like all of our reformers, the adjustable headrest, high-density shoulder pads and padded foot bar are also included. It also includes the new Primer Plus DVD.
The four cords allow you to achieve your desired level of resistance, making your workout as intense as you would like.The patented Cardio Rebounder will help you reach and maintain your desired weight, flatten your stomach, strengthen your pelvic floor and target your goal heart rate as effectively as with a treadmill but without any of the impact nor stress.
