Customer Return & Exchange Policy

Products purchased online directly from Drexel may be returned under the following terms and conditions:

• Must be returned within 15 days of the original purchase date.
• Must be in the original packaging, including all instructions and accessories.
• Must not be altered or damaged.
• We will exchange the item, or provide a credit to the original method of payment. Refunds are for product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• Items that are, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
• Please contact our Customer Service Department toll free at 1-519-266-3400, or by email at cs@drexel.ca to obtain an RMA number, as well as instructions for the return.  We require your original Order/Invoice # and the reason for the return.
• Please allow up to 14 business days after receipt of your return for your credit to be issued.
